Provenance: Trier, Germany (in the former possession of the Abbey of St. Martin in Trier). The inside of the front cover has the note: Liber iste est fratrum religiosorum existencium in monasterio s. Martini ordinis sanctissimi patris nostri Benedicti prope Treverim.

Contents:

“J Compilation,” which combines a Latin version of Protevangelium of James with the Gospel of Pseudo-Matthew and the Book of the Nativity of the Savior (fols. 9r–47v); prefaced by the spurious letters between Chromatius and Heliodorus and Jerome; with pars altera. Prefaced with the title: Incipit de ortu sancte Marie et infantia saluatoris.
