Physical description: paper, 13.5 × 9.5 cm, 137 fols., 1 col. The book has two hands: one in a block script similar to Estrangelo (fols. 1–44), the other in Serto (45–137). The manuscript lacks the first 11 fols.

Date: 16th cent.

Provenance: copied at the Monastery of Jacob, Sharbel, and Febronia near Kfar Šamaʿ, a village in Ṭur ʿAbdin.

Protevangelium of James (as book 1, truncated at start, fols. 1r–11v; book 2, 11v–20v)

Infancy Gospel of Thomas (here as book 3, fols. 20v–29v)

Six-Books Dormition of the Virgin (introduced as book 4 but numbered book 5 at end, fols. 29v–101v; and book 6, fols. 102r–136v).
