Physical description: paper, 18.6 × 13.5 cm, 131 fol., 1 col. Several pages of the MS are blank: fol. 1 and 131, 67^r, and much of 105 (the verso is blank and the recto contains a colophon in Garšūnī dated to 16th Adar 1917). Some missing pages are replaced with Garšūnī translation (fols. 2, 7–10), some with Syriac text (67^v, 75–77, 86–87, 96–97).
